It is very practical. Many people forget about their results once they finish their feedback session with their consultant.

I have done that in an elevator calculating the mass of people vs the load capacity of said elevator. Thank god I am not the only one.

Thanks for these - particularly love the 'draw your office' activity but I'm struggling to come up with ideas of what the different styles would draw for their office - do you have any suggestions?

I+D manager here.. I got one in my team .. if I want it undeniably correct I’ll give it to her. And I’ll give her a deadline in advance. Afterwards she expect me to be dissatisfied with the 98,7% accuracy, but I tell her I was aiming for 80% accuracy and her work is always beyond expectations. I really need her in the team….. The trouble comes when I don’t need accuracy but speed and results….

I'm the typical S style person, no doubt about that. My team comments that my S factor is so strong that they can't see other styles personality in me. One question, can S style person make a good leader?

Thankyou for acknowledging these opposite disc profiles exist. I often find that they are left out in articles. I believe I am an ICS type. Funny enough, I believe my partner is the DS style, so I guess we both feel the "inner battle", but in different ways, haha.
