For a second, I thought you were doing this surgery while Harry was awake and conscious because he was moving as much as a half asleep fish, because humans and animals don't usually move a lot while under anesthetics. The only movements an animal or human usually makes under anesthesia is the movement of the chest going up and down or gills moving.

Both my goldfish each have 10 of those white spots distributed on different fins. Is that normal, or if there are fractures, do those spots occur to a much lesser extent? For example, 1 or 2 white spots but no more or is it possible that they have 10 fractures distributed over all fins? It only occurs on the fins, not on their bodies. thank you for the answers 🙂

I have a beautiful blue betta that has a tumor near his tail. Just don’t have the money to spend to do such an extravagant procedure on a fish that cost less than $20. Is there anything I can do? He is still in good spirits, swimming well, eating, and cozying up to his mystery snail bestie. But that thing grows every day. I’ve had him for over a year. Not sure how old he is overall.

During the part where you were explaining the dosage for the bacterial infection treatment, it SOUNDED like you said 14mg of Oxytetracycline instead of 40mg. I really thought I heard "fourteen" ...but, after doing the math...I realized you said "fourty". However....someone else might not catch that.....and dose their fish ineffectively. Would you consider putting the dosages up on the screen in writing as you explain it? It would really help those of us with different accents and enunciation than your own. Thank you!
