@AtlantaParker Yes indeed, you are correct! At the restaraunt I work at, although we are quite primitive, we have a stainless steel hood that contains both fire and smoke. but not ALL fires would or could be contianed. so it's best to have proper training as to what to do and be prepared.

THAT is CO2, and if it was discharged in a normally occupied area it could have caused suffocation and death! I would NEVER specify that method of suppression in anoything other than an unoccupied marine engine compartment.
