It's just a flash cure to fix the design and leave some stickiness for the pigment to attach. A full cure should always be performed before finishing the design. Hope this helps? :)

At room temperature less than approx 20C they are their original colour, then when warmed above this temperature they change colour. They will return to their original colour when the cool down again. Hope that helps. 😊
