is cornstarch the only thing we can add into a sauce to thicken it? i'm just curious on the long term effects of too much starch? I like your recipe the best out of all the videos I have watched. I was about to give up and just go to a store wholesale club and buy a large tub for 23.99 ... but I have faith I can make it. I am wanting to make a dipping sauce for nuggets or chicken strips, but everything else I see is a little too watery, or they add in extra ingredients. this is very straight forward!
