When it comes to the missed deadline question she lost eye contact." The organisation is about to get a whole heap of trouble" - Explain more about that and how was that revolved so that it would happen again. Not a good candidate.

I guess when an interviewer seems a little bit stressed, it helps a candidate feel more relaxed
