We were here last year wouldn’t recommend it cleanliness was non existent staff was rude everything was broken. I’ve been to Cuba several times and expect some issues but there was never a mess like that

Not really bad on food but bring ketchup and some spice the bus almost every hour enjoy your trip

Food is not that great but it's not bad there is a beach near the hotel just 5 mins away Playa Pilar if you want to explore the area, we enjoyed so much 😀

I was at this resort in September 2022 and the food was below average at the best... Is it really good now?

Because of pandemic their food supplies become low but for the price of all inclusive you can't ask more thank you
