believe one of these laughing heads? Yes sir, some when the tie, because some of these heads came with ties if not all when the tie is pulled squirt water 💦. There's a little doo dad between the 2 front teeth. Water would come out and squirt whoever pulled the tie and yes the laughter begins. It's a hilarious head no question about that. So you just go on have a good day, try to keep dry but you won't if you pull that tie.
