I yruly appreciate your video, a friend bought one and I wasn't sure how it worked. I'll say this, I don't like it. It seems like you have to be a bit violent on it to get it into lock position. You would think you could go past center and pop a lever into place, or it would do it automatically. However, it's far better than my JD 500C BHL because that model uses a trasport pin you physically insert. And if your hydraulics leak internally within the boom, or you forget the pin is in place, you snap the piece off the main cast trundle, or whatever it's called. And mines been welded 20X by the previous owner, so I don't even transport the thing. Thanks for the video.

Welcome to my channel. I am a red seal licensed Heavy Equipment Technician (421A Ontario) since 1989, and I recently got my EGSA Journeyman Technician certificate. I am an educator. I am not servicing equipment professionally and I do not compete with my colleagues or graduates, therefore this channel is about general education and gives a sampling of the kind of lessons one can expect in a trade related college program. This channel isn't for me helping you fix a specific machine for free. Please hire a pro.

Great video! I imagine that the wear parts are the o-rings in it, and those wear plates? Are rebuild kits available for them? I guess those two roll pins on those two high pressure gears probably get destroyed occasionally and the gear(s) just spins freely on the shaft? Thanks for taking the time to educate us.

I've watched 4 of your vids in this series (a total of about 50 minutes), and now I know more about hydraulic pilot controls and how they interact with the main loader control valve. I learned more tonight watching your series than the last two weeks of watching KZbin.....Thank you so much, I will apply what I learned to work on my skid loader. Subscribed!

I have problem with a backhoe attachment bobcat 8811 When I'm using it , it makes a hissing noise I think it comes out of the valve spool body and one of the lines starts getting hot and if I use it for more than 10 minutes ,the oil gets so hot that it " kooks" seals from quick coupler and leaks 0ut hot oil... if you can help will appreciate . Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. It helped me understand how this operates, this looks exactly like the one out of my 2001 753G. I'm still struggling on how to use the float feature but now understand how it works. I had to replace the spool valve gaskets and rings and now understand. thanks again. I got the BICS valve wire plug and the pressure relief wire plug backwards as they are identical in every way and I failed to label them. After 2 years of dinking around I finally figured it out.

I need your help , i have a digger that it sounded like it was laboring when i moved the bucket with out load on it , so i thought about how to test what was happening and i took both hoses off the cylinder and i hooked together with a T and a pressure gauge and the pressure rises to over 2000Lb just moving oil in a loop , it’s a cluster of valves with 8 spools , do you think it’s leaking internally between spools or what do you think the problem is ? It’s feeding pressure to both hoses simultaneously
@JeffPeterson-x2f2 ай бұрын
Great info! I am still stumped with my issue though. Machine is a 7753. At an idle the machine will randomly go under hydraulic load. Like oil was bypassing properly but then stops bypassing. While in this unintential hydraulic load status(can here it under load), the base end of the lift and tilt works, but the rod ends of the cylinders will not operate. I did replace the relief valve under the lift spool linkage connection. To me, it does not make sense that both the lift and tilt are both affected the same. Any thoughts on what to go after? Thank you!
