My 2014 allroad needs a new engine at 114k miles. Anyone want a cheap allroad?
@20vtechnik3 жыл бұрын
I have a 2014 allroad. It's approaching your mileage. I've had zero issues (with the exception of a torn CV boot). I'd love to do an engine swap but can't justify replacing an engine that runs fine. Yours might be a good candidate for a motor swap.. What state are you in?
@solitudessilentgroove3 жыл бұрын
@@20vtechnik It's in NH at my dads but I live in NC. It's a rust free southern car. I shipped it up there a couple weeks ago. I've seen people put an S4 motor in them as well as RS4 and diesel. It's in great shape otherwise. Gray with brown leather interior. It has the sport package, which is 19" wheels, sport seats, and paddle shifters. Premium audio and also has real walnut inserts. Make me an offer if interested.

dude, i went from f80 m3 to a 991.1 s to a 991.2 gts! crazy coincidence! why would you bother buying from a california dealer? you will save tons if buy from out of state CPO
@albertroxas3 жыл бұрын
I like to see cars I'm considering in person - so a local purchase (along with a potential trade in) was paramount for me, but I'm with you with purchasing out of state for the sheer savings alone.
@mashsyed98083 жыл бұрын
@@albertroxas So my argument is that if you buy CPO from a Porsche dealer, you are in essence guaranteed a very high quality used car. Before I bought my first 911 from a dealer in NJ, I called Porsche and they said the CPO program is basically like a new car warranty. Not to mention the checklist they go through. So far I've bought 3 Porsches. 2 911's both of which were CPO from dealers on the east coast. Couldn't be happier with the purchases and process. Saved between 10-15% each time.

Now with a few more month of ownership. Do you feel the storage/cooler boxes take away bed space, for your normal use? Yes, one can remove them. In your daily use, are there time you wish you didn't have them? Or do you find these boxes to be a "must have?" So maybe the question is the value of the boxes? I'll use my truck just like how you are using yours.
@albertroxas3 жыл бұрын
For my daily use (and occasional use to transport basic stuff - Bikes, etc) I don't find them utitlizing that much extra space, the kids like to sit on them when they hang out in the bed - the space you "gain" isn't much, I use one side to hold all the tie downs, bungie cords etc - the other side is the insulated side which I've used once when we went to the snow. Like I said though, I don't particularly "haul" a lot so I haven't founded I needed that space in the bed. That being said, the package I chose came with them so it was just a given for my setup. Hope that helps! Hit me up if you have any other Q's...
