The bus is nice, but the service is a disaster, every service for these buses is at the Man Dealership. They are not prepared or have experience in servicing MAN TGE. I won't mention any failures from the very beginning, because it broke down after leaving the showroom. Service at the authorized dealership every 15,000 km. The car was not twisted, it did not want to start after the service and at 80,000 km. they damaged our engine during the service!!! Committed for service on March 22, 2024. and many errors displayed on the dashboard, glow plugs, check engine, no power. They do not offer a replacement car for the duration of warranty repairs!!! After engine damage, at the dealership on March 29, 2024. agreed to cover the rental costs in the amount of EUR 155 per day. I don't have this decision on paper yet. In general, the service is a disaster, the warranty is guaranteed. The best thing is that I was at the vehicle inspection station to verify the faulty suspension and the diagnostician wanted to keep the registration certificate in the new vehicle!!!

Na zum Glück gibt es solche Mühlen nicht im Alltag. Wieder einer dieser "LKWS", wo man im Cockpit nichts vernünftig abstellen kann, weil der "Designer" fern jeglicher Alltagsrealität der Meinung war, alles muss irgendwie rund sein 🙄 Man braucht als Fahrer vernünftige Abstellmöglichkeiten und nicht überall diesen abgerundeten Schnickschnack.
