i upgraded my iPhone 7 plus to iPhone outdated 7 Plus big for my little hand

I know it’s 2024, but I wanna know if the app called Video Lite works on the iPhone 8 Plus because I’m thinking of just buying a refurbished one as an iPod touch Replacement because I lost my iPod touch. I mean I’m sure I’ll find it somewhere soon but as an iPod touch replacement it would be perfect especially only for $200 that’s not bad, but I would love to see a video by you. The app called Video Lite because it won’t rotate on newer phones and if it rotates on this device may end up using it for the iPhone 8 Plus only. Because for some reason, Apple doesn’t let the newer, bigger phones rotate because of the notch or the dynamic island or in general it’s just been removes moved hopefully in iOS 18 I’ll bring it back you can still go into rotation and certain apps so it’s definitely able to do it but it just can’t do it in the KZbin app other apps it’s mostly just apps that are third-party and not the standard apps so I would love to see either Apple pay this back I just get plus to use that Video Lite app that I’m using and then I can get rid of it on my iPhone 14 Pro Max especially if it rotates on the iPhone 8 Plus I would love to see a video on that that would be great Thanks.
