This entire piece is incredible and an excellent showcase of handbells as an instrument. The choir performed it at an extremely high level of quality, which is doubly impressive considering how challenging the piece is to play. Normally I would find it unusual that the bells in Octave 7 have their own dedicated players instead of having Octave 6's players 4-in-hand them, but splitting them is almost necessary for this piece in particular. I've played this song with a smaller, but still 5-Octave choir (I think I played B6-C7 and B7-C8), and the section starting at 2:24 is quite the doozy to play when you have to look at two different musical lines transposed an octave from each other that are playing the melody and counter-melody respectively. It's still a fantastic piece to play and listen to regardless!
