I tried that shredding my cabbage with my spiralizer (looks like yours) It didn’t work, it kept falling off the prong.. and when it did shred it was thick slices, not thin like yours. You made it look so easy. Any suggestions?

I have been watching scores of raw vegan youtubers. I must say you gave me hope. You seem to be the most balanced I’ve seen in terms of how much you eat and the amount you spend. I was thinking that being raw vegan was impossibly expensive. Thank you for your perspective. Everything looks super yummy also

Great video. You seem to be obsessing with protein though. Must be the most used word in your video. I don't feel you need to think about protein so much. You'll get plenty from enough variety. Otherwise though, well done on your journey, an inspiration to others. Good luck!

So where do you get raw peanuts? They seem okay digestion-wise for you? Yes, good to start off with cabbage and/or carrots in your salad if you are new to raw because it is more dense and filling than tender greens and because it acts like a broom and helps elimination via the GI tract... which is especially helpful if you are still eating dense, sticky foods like nuts, grains, or starchy veggies.

Sadly a year ago I had to move away from beach but get to visit a beach as often as I can afford to drive there now. Love your recipes and your natural style too and your animals .

Not really raw til 4. You need to buy Freelee’s book. She said NO OIL, no olive oil, no vegan sour cream, these are not in her book. You need to change the title. Many people said they go on raw til 4 and fail and then blame it on her but they didn’t really follow her book.

Freelee does have a book called that but so many people are doing this even before Freelees book but everyone does not do it how Freelee does . We all choose what feels best for us . They shouldn’t blame Freelee for anything .

@@BJ-v people should not name their video raw til 4 if it's not raw til 4. Give it another name. Don't make it a click bait. Oil, sour cream are not raw.

Plus the insanely low calorie content ... I'm most days all raw and have my huge salads at night, but I would already be satiated, I could never get satiated with just a salad, I don't understand people who under-eat, I cannot function when I'm hungry or craving sweets (not enough calories) or savory (not enough greens). I just can't focus on anything else when I need to eat :)) So I don't understand how these people live their lives everyday ...

I am so crazy about your beautiful light fixture above your bed! What a find and a great addition for some sparkle! My husband always said he liked to hang his clothing on hangers whereas I like the shelves. I bought a 3 compartment hanging shelf from Amazon. I got 2 just in case he loved it…he does. He’s a folder now instead of a hanger! 😉

Really enjoyed these videos. I am currently looking into the logistics of doing the entire parkway on an ebike as well and was wondering how you did in getting the batteries charged up at the end of each day. Were you getting over 60 miles on a charge or was that with a mid-day charge perhaps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :-)
@thinkingpawsitive4353 жыл бұрын
Great question! We went anywhere from 30-60 miles on one charge depending on how steep the inclines were for that day. On eco mode, even pulling the dog and all our camping gear, we were easily able to make 50 miles, usually could make 60. If we got lazy and put it into tour or sport mode up the hills, we usually made it 35-40 miles :) Most nights, we booked campsites with electric plugs to recharge. I believe there was one day at the end where we plugged in at Thornton gap visitor center in the middle of the day. Since this trip we have gone on several more bike camping trips. Usually we ask restaurants if we can charge while we eat and patronize their business and they always say yes! If you want my itinerary for this trip with the list of campgrounds and stuff, send me your email and I'll send it your way!

Apologies for commenting so long after you posted this video. My son and I have started bikepacking and bike touring and he is working with his dog to get her used to running with his bike. Soon he will try her in my bike trailer. The goal being trips like yours. I won't be bringing my dogs though. One is 88 pounds and the other is 93.
