Local artists might not be that good so supporting them is not an option. All artists think their music is amazing, and they expect people to support them. If you plan to have a career in music, you make your money touring, if you can't do that, then find a new career. Stop telling people they should ay you money just because you perform at a coffee house on Sundays.
