@@ORACLEFASTMONEYTRADER I've only had the car for 2 months and over a month of that was not even in my possession due to the cracked windscreen. So far the SOS check engine light will never go away. 3 of the four tires had low air. And I had a something to do with a fuel check engine light that went away. I have a total of 300 Miles on it and I can tell you the check engine lights are killing me. There's nothing wrong with the car just the check engine light for the SOS keep going on. If you asked would I buy it again I would tell you a thousand times over. I'm pretty sure the check engine light problem will get fixed eventually

@@ORACLEFASTMONEYTRADER that's a funny question. I wondered the same thing so I unplugged it and I left it there for about 2 weeks unplug. So far this car does not have the same problem. My Evira 400 dies after about 3 days it's stupid. I'm really happy they fixed it. I can't believe they can't find the original problem

I was told that lotus uses a motorcycle battery instead of a full size car battery in the past evora GT and that's what was causing my problems

@@ORACLEFASTMONEYTRADER my car was delivered in December of last year but unfortunately sat due to California emissions when I'm not even in California for almost 3 months it sucks knowing my car is there and I couldn't even test drive

Look over the car well. It took over a month to get the windshield fixed.

Was your window broken as well? If so, make sure you get it under warranty.

@@v317865 they tell me its now the seal, from the factory, letting air in and although window is new, still leaks, so new seal to be fitted tomorrow. Its not from a lotus dealer but only a few months old so at least has warranty, but yes, these cars, being lotus's, can have niggles to say the least..

Although I was initially looking for a replacement part, these look great as they are and are easier to install.

@@kyalwaysnever are you referring to the inside interior? If so yes they're just push on with double-sided tape. I was thinking this will never work but it actually did is a real nice. Also the trick I used was I pushed in many credit cards under the weatherstrip to form a barrier and push the carbon fiber under so it can go under the weather stripping that really worked well

@@ORACLEFASTMONEYTRADER they did all the carbon fiber except for the interior door. They did not buy any of the products. I had it all shipped to them if you are interested tell me what parts and I'll have to find the vendor. It came from three different vendors. Unfortunately one of the vendors quality isn't good and the dealership did not want to install it so I still have them.

@@ORACLEFASTMONEYTRADEReverything was done by text. Fast to service. Overall easy but transport is simply too expensive. While they're transport is in a very nice truck that's safe you can definitely save over 50% finding somebody different

I wish I could say it was a trouble-free experience, it was not. My biggest problem is the stupid SOS check engine light never seems to go away it's a pain in the rear. I'll tell you I would buy this car over a thousand times, it is that great.

@@perry1489 I set up an appointment with lotus of DC and they never responded. FL is one of the biggest lotus dealership so I felt comfortable with them. Also it's where I bought it from.

@@v317865 nothing yet , sometimes I get a left front warning that I’m close to a car or object but I’m not , but i have a feeling it may be picking up the road depending on the angle of turn , as front is pretty low , but I have not had time to drive it , so will see , I’m at 90km only , Canadian car .

@@v317865 already did for my Giulia Quad. No issues with the tires. I wouldn’t go for oil, but tires? No issue. You can go anywhere and get tires mounted or fixed for that matter. Walmart charged me $10 per tire to mount and balance pilot sport cup 2 tires. I hit 173mph the other day.

What was really nice I had Porsche changed the tire am they actually had to call Lotus to get the specs to do the bolts. I can tell you porsche has really won my respect most people would just tighten it and go on their way

The dealer did it so it was easy for me :) I don't think it's hard to replace.
