This quest is so dumb. Like, not the whole thing, but the part where Emmrich looks for that skeleton to question it about who summoned the despair demons. Like, seriously? The first thing we notice when we enter the hall with that giant bell, are Venatori crystals and barriers all ober the place, binding the bell. Rook knows these are Venatori magics. He has seen them in Minrathous before. Yet instead of telling this to Emmrich, Rook stays quiet and follows Emmrich through endless miles of halls to get to that srupid skeleton, just so said skeleton can tell them that its the Venatori who summoned the demons... Really? Bioware, seriously??? Just... no words. 😑

Completely agree with you! That part makes no sense at all. It feels like they’re dragging the quest unnecessarily when the answer is literally right in front of them. Rook’s silence about the Venatori crystals is especially frustrating-it’s like, why even bother with the skeleton when the clues are already screaming at you? Bioware could’ve done so much better with that setup. 😑

I feel the same-was hoping it would be a true continuation of the previous storylines, but it’s just not. Still, now that I’ve started, I’ll see it through to the end.

I made a mistake by capturing the gaming footage in very low recording settings for this episode. I have since configured the settings to record high-quality gaming footage for the followup episodes.
