On the negative side: You are essentially signing your rights away to a dictatorial regime and making it damn near impossible for you to have any control of your property in the future AND completely limiting who Will buy your home, ashe, many young homeowners simply refuse to purchase any property under contract with an HOA. It's not worth it. All. HOA should have a clause that allow new property owners to opt out.

I'm surprised 7 cities are in Orange County, although I live in Anaheim it's ok not to include this on the list at least I'm surrounded by a safe community, although I have lived here for 7 years my place is I believe safe, just a lot of people visiting Disneyland

It's gonna get worse, a lot worse before it gets better. If it gets better. I think a major market crash is on the way. We will be in a depression and if the Democrats maintain their power, they will destroy us like FDR tried to.
