I'd recommend you check out Depression, it's a lyric video and only short but well worth a listen. It's amazing how he can put into words exactly how I feel most of the time but struggled to express myself. It's as if he has crawled inside my head and seen what's in there 🤯

I was with insomnia problem, the insomnia was for personal problems, I was almost a year with insomnia problems, then they began to decrease a lot, however a few years later they returned and it was more than a year, the solution I found was, everything with what I thought during those nights all that excess of thoughts that I had, face them and solve those problems, solving the problems and facing them, I also had to change my mentality, now when I am having an unnecessary thought at bedtime, what I say is "well, I will solve it tomorrow, everything will be fine" and the next day I will do everything possible to get rid of that problem, with this I "solved" or at least prevent them, to not be stressed during the night and change that excess of thoughts that I have at night in only positive things that make me be in bed with a smile.

As for this song, it is one of my top favorites and her performing it live on the Honda Stage is my favorite, she is music in motion when she performs, artistry at it finest. This is my favorite song of hers, vocally, so I get what you're saying. Lots of very cool vocal acrobatics on this song that are very, very pleasing to the ears. Love the simple piano melody playing throughout too. There is no music video for this song, but the Honda Stage live version is very popular (and for good reason), so I would highly recommend that, even though the song won't be new to you.

Maybe I am wrong but I have always thought the beginning with the pig mask reminds me of leading pigs to slaughter but here in this instance its the pig leading Ren to slaughter so to speak. In my personal experience it is a kind of slaughter in that you are always fighting to survive whether its a mental or physical issue and if its both well its even worse. I like the way he explains how its all a dance because in the end its really the only way to survive. Think of your issue as a dance partner and once you learn to move in tune with your issue it becomes a lot easier.
