During my upcoming service as a soldier in the United States Army. If the United States is faced with war or a major Conflict come Hell or High water i will be Awarded the Distinguished Army Cross. Oh just my opinion the Armys Cross looks alot better then the Navy Cross the Army Cross is proud and honerable the Navy Cross no comment.

My uncle PFC William A. Strong was captured during the same action and was buried in the same prison cemetery. Hopefully he and all the others will be brought back home. God bless all of them.

Two uncles served in Korea during the war. One in combat with Army infantry. One in the merchant marine supplying our troops. Dad was in Basic, his unit under orders to ship to Korea…when the Armistice was signed ending combat. Fr. Kapaun, pray for all who have taken arms, fought, suffered and died for our Liberty.
