Going to be a very large nice layout. Just an idea for the power plant: put coal unloading at the hole in the wall, shove full cars in. pull empty cars off of a parallel track from other side.

That layout will be very impressive. I'm a bit disappointed that you will put the power plant in a curved section. Those are in reality sitting on a large space. Pretty much like paper mill or steel plants. Course I don't not exactly all the purposes of your layout but I still think that big industries should be giving more room to get a bit more realism.

Thank you for showing us the future bridge scene at the 3:50 mark. I will be approaching that stage before long and have been thinking about how to plan my bridge construction process.
