The best part is that they're making fun of the singing style of James Hetfield (the singer of Metallica) and what's funnier is that James ended up being a Swimming Coach in one of the last few seasons (I can't remember which one). Hilarious stuff.

youre thinking of american dad he was a swim coach on that show
@gowgearhead3 ай бұрын
@@user-pk8ly4ts8b that's pretty neat. Did not know that. What I said did happen though, in either the season PC Principle was introduced or a Season after he was introduced. Hetfield shows up, is a Swim coach, and before he leaves he says something along the lines of "I don't know why I'm a part time Swim Coach but I wanted to see if I could push myself to be one" or something.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZ2piI2IYpZgqq8feature=shared If you can find a clip of james in south park I'd love to see it because to my knowledge he's only showed up once in the Christian rock episode when they were making fun of Metallica for suing Limewire

I heard Rikk's second band DDT in Atlanta which eventually led me to check out State at a later date. I believe Ron Asheton was working with these guys in an early incarnation too. Such an underrated band. I had a mid '80s era LP they put out. Had a little different sound, can't remember alas lost to the times of troubled youth and alcohol abuse.
