I’ve listened to countless guitar solos, but this is the most amazing and coolest guitar solo I’ve ever heard in my life ! ! I don’t think there will ever be another guitar solo that surpasses this one. Of course, FM’s songs and performances will always be at the center of my life, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

FM were the most melodic rock sound from UK in the 80’s. Love this track. The only video to feature Washburn Tour 24 telecaster guitar in it.

Steve Overland is an iconic voice and this is the tune that got me started as an FM fan. "Someday" is an absolutely masterful melodic hard rock gem that still sounds awesome to this day.

I can't remember these cats from the late 80's/early 90's....dunno how I missed them....some of the talent didn't get much love here in the states....but did well in EU/ASIA/So. America....found FM while cruisin' youtube a few years back....good stuff...

HOW THE HELL DID THIS NOT BECOME A SMASH HIT EVERYWHERE??????? I always heard about FM back in the 80s, but never HEARD them. Never saw them once on MTV or heard them on the radio. I'm shocked. There were quite a few songs like this by 1989, but this one??? It's like a level up from everyone else doing things like this. And Steve Overland! What a voice! Shocked!

They are very talented. Only reasonI could think that they didn’t have the success they should have had was the record execs didn’t want to promote them out to the public because it was the late 80s and that sound was on its way out and in with the grunge crap. Greedy record execs killed the 80s sound by paying off bands millions to change their tune and be done with the 80s sound everyone loved so much. Such a shame.

Oversaturation happens but the alternative sound that they tried to box into the label called grunge was around in the 80s.
