I bought my 2012 Buick with 20k, now 104,000 and still runs like like a champ, just change oil every 3k transmission oil every 20k

You are right but does it really matter? Every car salesman tells white lies...Elon tells the most! Nevertheless, any EV is a good EV whether it is a Tesla, Bolt, Leaf or any other. The more flavors the better. He does a good job of explaining what is so great about the Bolt. I know because I own one. The Bolt is an amazing, reliable car.

Lol he says the tesla doesn’t come close to it in 0-60. It’s 5.2 in a tesla vs 6.5 in the bolt ev.
