The Ego mind wants to have control. And as the 98% of current human being population is identifying them selves with their thoughts, who come from a Egoic programmed concept told by society and parental & ancestral conditioning they live in a world of illusions. But the Soul is the real you. Living away from the NOW is a Ego-mind-based protection mechanism so you are not living in the NOW where you will feel your body. And in the body you feel all your stuck pain energy from surpressed emotions from the past. Who need to feel through if you want to get rid of it. So we end up in living in our Head and working hard because everyone is doing it. And we forget what we want. We show our friends and relatives that we are successful and feel awarded for that. We stay living for the outside world. Windowdressing. But in the end it is all a facade. For a happy life, making decisions from within is the only real goal of our Soul. And you can only hear your Soul through intuition. In silence. In nature. Not the voice in your head. You need to stop identifying yourself with the 60.000 - 70.000 thoughts you have per day. It seems that planning the future is related to seasons (you need to prepare yourself for winter, food scarcity). Languages that are close to equator tend to naturally lack future as there is no long winter (cold, food scarcity), there is no need for planing if you have constant food abundance, no need to think of how to preserve food surplus.

I’ve always been a fan of John’s work but feel towards the end of the conversation when you specifically asked John to talk about how to help women de-stress, he digressed to the point of a tirade and didn’t answer the question in any kind of helpful or insightful way. We were just taken along in a bit of a mental hijacking. I’m disappointed in the lack of clarity and teaching and truly not interested in ranting and gloating.

GOD FORGOT TO GIVE WOMEN A SEX DRIVE.

After learning about vasopressin being the main hormone men create during sex instead of oxytocin as in women, I see sex in a different(sadder) light. Simply said men sex bond to (another?) team member, women make a love bond. Why doesn't the effect of this blatant difference get any attention? Add to this that women are expected not to sexually bond out of desire but to have sex only in exchange for goods and services. (Be sure that he works for sex with you.) No wonder women lose interest in sex, they were never really interested. What a mess.
