Hi Cyril! Thank you for watching. I make sure to be smart + responsible when I travel. However, I am open, adventurous, and think the best of people. No fear here!

hi debora congrats for your trip and all info you provide. You are very charismatic. I have a question. I will be in La Paz for only 5 days. do you think I can do this Hhuyana potosi? that will be my first climb ever. what agency you were with? thanks in advance.
@deborahconway2557 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I went with All Transport. If you've never done any sort of climbing before, it might be a little challenging. BUT, if you're athletic and eager, I'm sure you can push through it (if you want)! Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with. Enjoy!

Hey wanted to ask did you have to climb an ice wall to summit, like a bergschund? or what was the most technical part of the climb itself?
@deborahconway2557 жыл бұрын
Hey! There was an ice wall that we had to climb. I would say it was 40 feet or so. Hard to say b/c it was pitch black. That was the most technical part and it isn't even that technical, just push through w/ force!
@sammazio4347 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your reply, apart from that were there any other major technical difficulties on the climb, and were you a beginner?

Is Sri Lanka a good place to visit ?
@jeansartre33937 жыл бұрын
Patrick Peebles The History of Sri Lanka- 2006 - Page 15 “Humans migrated from Africa to South Asia about 60,000 years B.C.E. The first clear evidence of Human settlement in Sri Lanka has been dated to 28,000. BC These are the earliest human remains found anywhere in South Asia. Compared with China or Europe, the stone age began early in South Asia and continued for a very long time. South India and Sri Lanka were open to the spread of culture by Sea. This increased after china and Rome provided markets for Interregional sea trade but is also true of prehistorical times. Lothal, The Indus Valley port on the Gulf of Cambay, may have had local trade networks extending to the south . Some important trade items in the accent world- Pearls, ebony, and Ivory in Particular - may have originated in South India or Sri Lanka. Professor Keith Scott-Mumby MB ChB, MD, PhD, FRCP (MA). (Did Sri Lanka Invent Acupuncture ) “Archeological investigations, at several cave-dwelling sites, using accurate modern dating techniques, have shown continuous habitation here by the earliest modern Homo sapiens taking place for over 37,000 years. Cro-Magnon Man (Homo sapiens sapientis,) may have come out of Sri Lanka and not "out of Africa" at all! Known locally as the "Balangoda Man", after the district of the same name, these were very sophisticated people. Their fine micro lithic tools pre-dated comparable artefacts of central Europe by almost 20,000 years. From skeletal evidence they were a very healthy lot, averaged almost 6 feet in height (174 cm.) and often lived to a great age. Balagodans ate a diet of plants, animals and seafood (oysters, mollusks and other gastropoda), typical of today's fashionable "detox" plans.”

If you do, certainly visit Salinas (Ecuador's most visited and exclusive beach resort), Tonsupa with its modern buildings, Otavalo (the largest indigenous markets in the whole America's, Tena (a city in the jungle), and Ecuador's crown jewel: city of Cuenca :) I think it's Ecuador's most beautiful city :) Keep up the good work sis ! :)

dear miss No one can become enlightenment doing this vipassana meditation .Do you see or heard one person who become enlightenment after buddha ? You will see no one .So i am telling you the technique to become enlightenment . Say " Narayana " and then drink water Again Say "Narayana " and then drink water. Drink 2 litre water daily saying Narayana . You have to say Narayana before in each and every drink of water. It takes 4-6 years to fully purify your mind or say to become enlightenment if you drink 2litre water daily saying Narayana So say Narayana and then drink water. Note:This is the fastest method to become enlightenment than vipassana meditation and fastly purify your mind and remove your impurities of mind like anger hatred ego than any other meditation
