im already learning this in 5th grade plant cell Parts: mitochondria nucleus nuclear membrane cell membrane cell wall chloroplasts nucleuolus chromosomes dna cytoplasm golgi apparatus vacuole leukoplast peroxisome ribosomes rough er smooth er lysosomes plasma membrane this is all i can remember off the top of my head

NON ACCURATE INFORMATION. For example the DNAs inside the nucleus are in chromosome-form and not like free strings as pictured by this animation.

Hi, thanks for your comment. This animation is showing a cell during interphase, not when it is dividing. During interphase, the genetic material in the nucleus is not condensed into the X-shaped chromosomes seen during cell division. In the nucleus, DNA is wrapped around proteins called histones and packed into the coiled coils seen here, forming a complex called chromatin. We have shown the chromatin strings being made up of pale pink DNA wrapped around purple histone proteins. I hope that helps to clear things up. Maybe we should put some commentary on this, as Abhishekk Sharma below suggests...
