I was there. Buddy had an incredible solo (I know there’s many) but there was one in particular that blew me away and I can’t remember what song

This was such a fun concert! They definitely made the concert worth it! Their opener was quite rude though, calling the crowd old pervs, telling us to turn up our hearing aids, etc. I hope Band-Maid's manager has a long talk with the opener band.

The only live clip i have ever seen where he was using the Legacy 3 exclusively, he wasn't using them when they were released, instead continued to use the legacy 1 until they went bust.

So I've been a fan since Opiate. Tool are my favourite band for sure. I saw them a few times in the 90's when Maynard was up front and it was the best thing ever. Having seen them about 5 times since then I just think the show is lacklustre with Maynard hiding in the back, Adam barely moving and Juatin just rocking his head. I spent the last couple of shows focused on Maynard the whole time. Don't get me wrong, they are fkn brilliant live musically, otherworldly amd I'd always see them when in town, I just think they lack stage presence. This is just my opinion so don't shoot me down. There is no comparison from when Maynard was the front man and didn't hide away.

Why are there so many sick and dying people going to this Tool show and then making it into the comments section of this vid? Was this like a Make a Wish thing?

I've just noticed that the band fucked up at the end of Building the Church. Steve waves his arm @27:53 to signal that the extended solo is finishing. @27:57 the band is supposed to stop playing at the end of the 4 bar pattern, as Steve then plays the outro where he hammers the whammy with his wrist. Here though Jeremy and Philip missed the signal and continued for another 4 bars. Steve didn't miss a beat and just turned the beginning of that outro into 4 bars of more soloing. Dave Weiner shakes his head in Jeremy and Philips direction before also continuing. After those 4 bars the band stops and Steve then plays the outro to completion. After the song Steve goes and laughs it off with Jeremy. True professionalism, I wonder if anyone in the audience even noticed. I've watched this video several times before and hadn't until now.

Cory Wong on 41 was absolutely incredible. What a beautiful solo he gave us. His tone is so interesting- it feels somewhere between The Guess Who and Pink Floyd. So melodic, so much gravity. “What sort of man am I?”
