All the models have been replaced. The main tank lighting has been upgraded so it’s a lot brighter. As it stands the “refurbishment” hasn’t been completed yet at they are still working on the exterior queue line. I don’t know what else is due to happen over the coming months but the main thing I would like to see is more fish in the tank

This was the UK equivalent to Knott's Bear-y Tales!!! This is amazing! Like this is what Bear-y Tales looked like if the lights were brighter and video footage actually picked up the Blacklight lighting better.

Tbh I remember coming here as a kid and I remember I always come here every weekend and seeing most of the rides there changed or gone it's kinda sad ya know and it had that vintage charm I love witch I see what they had to do with the resent changes but it feels like it's former grounds of once it was no hate to the company or people who disided to change it it's up to them I get they want to do it for to attract younger people and familys to and to give the park an update so it can bee in the modern times and to make it fresh and I also get that to but yea that's my thoughts and opinions hope u don't mind have a great rest of your day

Eeerrrgh. This is kind of a joyless cursed dark ride you'd expect in a horror game or movie. Poorly lit, badly chosen and synthesized repetitive music loop. Giant fish spinning on wheels from strings and loud clicking mechanical animations..

I remember doing this ride around 2003 when I was around 7/8 years old, and some kids around the 0:50 mark flipped me off in another car 😂😂😂

Yeah, this rides like a Rolls Royce compared to many coasters ive been on in my life. The second drop/corkscrew + sea serpent roll+ ejector airtime hill is one of my favorite sequences ever. Ignore this guy.

Quite a coincidence that two of the most famous rides from the “year of the rollercoaster” 1994 (the other being Nemesis) have both had significant redevelopment this year. I don’t think Shockwave’s has turned out as well since they removed the stand up element that made it so distinct.
