How to deal with problem identification in ceed part -B

People with adhd, please watch this twice

And sir in one of the previous year's papers where we have to design an icon for a hospital. There also the icons were completely solid black. And as we have to keep the visual consistency do we have to make them completely dark. But the challenge is only that doing it with a pencil will make the paper dirtier. So anything we can do or do we have to go with the pencil only despite that pencil charcoal may get bit smudge on paper.

Sir, I've one question in the question paper the character's hair and other elements are in complete dark black. So do we have to do the same in the exam and make them solid black? Or we can do the shading like you did in the hair in this video. If we do the solid black with a dark pencil in the exam there is a high chance that it will get a smudge on the paper and will make it dirtier.
