That’s is way too much working out for a problem that could be done by visual inspection. Either term must be less 35 (given the condition in n) so the values of n could only be 1,2 or 3 just by looking at it for 30 seconds

4x+49 should be n^3 while 4x-49 should be m^3, so n^3-m^3=49*2=98, so n^3=125 and m^3=27, so m=5 and n=3 => x=(+/-)19
Love the symmetry of given euation, and let s = x + y, p = xy. Then, the equations are transformed to s^2 - p = 96, s + √p = 16. And the party goes on. s^2 - 96 = p = (16 + s)^2 = 256 - 32s + s^2, -96 = 256 - 32s, s = (256 + 96)/32 = 11. p = s^2 - 96 = 11^2 - 96 = 25. Finally, solve t^2 - 11t + 25 = 0 for t = x, y.

Interesting solution. We can handle it a little different way. 10000099998 = 10^10 + 10^5 - 2. Let t = 10^5, then 10000099998 = t^2 + t - 2 = (t - 1)(t + 2) So x^2 + 3x - 10000099998 = x^2 + 3x - (t - 1)(t + 2) = (x - (t - 1))(x + (t + 2)) = 0. x = t - 1, -(t + 2) i.e. x = 99999 or -100002

Whole number just means not decimal. I.e. same as integer
May be a simpler solution: 5^11=5^3Х5^3Х5^3Х5^2=125Х125Х125Х25 = 1000Х1000Х1000Х100/8/8/8/4 - 9=48,828,116

A simple alternative is to multiply the top and bottom by ( √32 + √24). Bottom will become easily equal to 8.. The top will become easily 56+2*√(32*24).This is 56+32√3. So the answer when divided by the 8 in the denominator is 7+4√3.
