I have an IFB washing machine of 12 kg(Ai) with power stream .. my machine runs fine till rinsing mode...as soon as it comes to spinning..after 2-3 minutes i.e when only 6 or 7 minutes are left... the timer will suddenly shift to 17 or 20 minutes and it again starts rinsing..I have tried to switch off the machine and select only spinning option but the same problem exists...what to do.. I purchased this machine only 1 month ago... it also vibrates too much in spin mode .. Pls help

Great Products, really bad aftersales support. I needed an ignition transformer and switch lead assembly, and I was told they don't sell spare parts and book a service case. Very bad service at your IFB service centre in Margao. It's illegal to refuse to sell spare parts. Bosch have been exceptionally good to deal with, maybe IFB service can learn a thing or two from Bosch Siemens

IFB is bad choice . IFB is making money on customers wrongly . Earlier IFB washing machine was made of all steel . Since 2020 , it has used plastic parts and intentionally did not provide rat protection nor it warned/advised customers to buy a net for protection . This cheating way to make profit .

Worst brand available in India. Bought a microwave oven and its cavity got rusted completely in just 3 years. The customer service doesn't even care to pick up or talk when i call. Never buying again. Lots of other good brands out there.

@ifbappliances They didn't even make me a ticket. They cut the call in between. Not a customer friendly customer care you have there. Once they asked me to download your app. The pincode box in the add address page has some bug in it and it doesn't let me add my pincode and address. It says slow internet connection in my high-speed internet connection. 😒
