don't buy Any IFB Product . the worst customer service... Service person wont give respect to customer . They will fall inur leg till they get cash for AMC . one they got the advance cash from u.. they will use all bad words etc .. the very worst customer service

Dont buy any product of IFB, Their service standard has gone to very low standard, after service is pathetic , you will only wait after registered your complaint., they don't bother for your problem, you have to wait 6-8 days for your compliment to resolve. I have 5 IFB products at home. Initially they were good in service 2 years ago but now they are pathetic in service as they have hired unprofessional team for service . I just fed up with IFB and will never buy any IFB product in future and suggest all to same.

Ac good but, Brand service is very poor. Recently I purchased IFB AC. After Installation of the Ac i face issue in product Electric shock. I call the Engineer but he didn't pick the call & i switch off the ac. I'll register the call but after three days no engineer visit check the Ac & I also call local service centre but no response. The Electric shock issue is major issue so I didn't run my Ac for that issue. First time I purchased IFB AC & face the issue. So I suggest the people or customers don't buy IFB AC Because of the poor service. You go for other Brand like: LG, PANASONIC, DAIKIN ETC. BUT DON'T BUY IFB AC.

After a year of using this machine I can say this is a horrible machine. Since a year I have been requesting the company to do something about it but fake promises and no solution. In drying mode the clothes get so wrinkled that the person ironing our clothes refuses to iron. Horrible experience with IFB

Don't buy....POOREST AFTER SALES SERVICE.....they don't bother to explain or fix issues and behavior of their executives is like trained for behave RUDE to stop accepting responsibility of service....you may ruined your hard earn money.₹50,000 if you like ...els3 go for LG

Ticket no. 1014467415 Happiness Code : 383290 Complaint lodged on Sunday 14.07.2024 but till date NO SOLUTION IS FROM IFB. Now a days in DELHI Summers at its PEAK, but IFB appointed Service Centre NOT LISTENED.
