It seems pretty obvious what each person's sex is. Top right is a he/him like I'm a T-Rex. Its also pretty easy to tell someone's sex from across the street.

Malum In Se/Malum Prohibitum Nothing moral requires authority. Authority is the claim to the exclusive exemption to morality. It is a monopoly on violence. Violence is a violation because it is the initiation of aggression, not self-defense. Offense/defense are ontologically distinct. All crime has a legal equivalent (ie, taxation is extortion). Every government is founded on Ad Baculum. Petitio Principii can and will be used against you. Warren v. District of Columbia Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales DeShaney v. Winnebago County Lozito v. New York City You are legally compelled via the logical fallacies Ad Populum, Ad Baculum and Ad Verecundiam to pay for protection that they are not legally obligated to provide. That's a mafia. The highest Abrahamic value is Ignorance of Good and Evil. It's right there in Genesis. They worship Yaldabaoth, God of the Scapegoaters: God blames Man; Man blames Woman; Woman blames Serpent; Serpent blames God, more accurately - the Serpent defines God. God Condones Child Rape No.s 31: 17-18 God Condones Rape Deut. 22: 28-29 God Condones Abortion No.s 5: 11-31 Unquestioning Obedience to Government Rom.s 13: 1-7 Ritualistic classifying surgery as a means of psychic castration, like circumcision and sub-incision, are hallmarks of patriarchal culture, a demonstration to the young that the venerable old ones still wield the all-powerful knife - and the beginning of transsexualism. Those who do not perform the cult's rite can never enjoy full social status. Symbols of the castrated member, the tie and bow-tie, are mandatory accoutrements of the political wardrobe and phallic monuments are erected to commemorate the minds conquered long ago. Brute force is no longer necessary. The capitalist priest class of Psychiatry, working in tandem with the State bureaucracy, regulates and polices the new Restriction and gelding of desire. Psychiatrists, along with other legal arbiters, help to obscure justice with grey areas of intentionality, mental state, etc. Some mistake this as a system of Liberty, ignorant of the fact that Psychiatric Control is a cornerstone of the perfected Totalitarian State. All modern illnesses come from the absurd and tragic struggle of man's inability to bridle Nature. This dogma echoes perpetually, omnisciently by understanding voices in self-help books, billboards, radio commercials and television talk shows to convince the public to practice continual self-suppression and hormonal restraint. Any deviation is an indication of something severely wrong with the individual. Perhaps Lycanthropic Transformation Rites are in some way a Psychic Preparation for the millennial calamities that are thought to lie ahead. Legalism is a Language of Equivocations, a process of assimilation to violence and illogic. Etymology: government Gubernare: to control Mens/Mentis: mind culture Colere: to inhabit, to till Cult: collective mind -ure: process of civilize, etc. Civitas: city -ize: to do/to make like police, policy, politics, polite Polis: city authority Auctor: master, father, creator -ity: quality of religion Religare: to bind fast, to place an obligation on -ion: noun-forming suffix uniform Uni-: one Form: shape They lump themselves into a group. They want all the collective praise and none of the collective blame (No True Scotsman). If they were truly concerned for their reputation they wouldn’t wear a uniform. Badges are just snowflakes. "Everything is metamorphosed into its opposite to perpetuate itself in its expurgated form. All the powers, all the institutions speak of themselves through denial, in order to attempt, by simulating death, to escape their real death throes. [...] For example: it would be interesting to see whether the repressive apparatus would not react more violently to a simulated holdup than to a real holdup. Because the latter does nothing but disturb the order of things, the right to property, whereas the former attacks the reality principle itself." - Jean Baudrillard (Simulacra & Simulation - 1981) "Our rulers, who rule our symbols, and so rule a symbolic class of life, impose their own infantilism on our instituitions, educational methods, and doctrines. This leads to maladjustment of the incoming generations which, being born into, are forced to develop under the un-natural (for man) semantic conditions imposed on them. In turn, they produce leaders afflicted with the old animalistic limitations. The vicious circle is completed; it results in a general state of human un-sanity, reflected again in our instituitions. And so it goes, on and on." - Alfred Korzybski (Science and Sanity: An Introduction to Non-Aristotelian Systems and General Semantics - 1933) "I am a cosmopolitan." - Diogenes "If I could not be Alexander, I should wish to be Diogenes." - Alexander the Great "A man is no less a slave because he is allowed to choose a new master once in a term of years." - Lysander Spooner (No Treason: Constitution of No Authority - 1867) "It is incredible how as soon as a people become subject, it promptly falls into such complete forgetfulness of its freedom that it can hardly be roused to the point of regaining it, obeying so easily and willingly that one is led to say that this people has not so much lost its liberty as won its enslavement." - Étienne de la Boétie (Discours de la servitude volontaire ou le Contr'un - 1577) "Leadership in government is political power, and political power is an official form of antagonizing the people. Politics are rules imposed upon the people. They have every man in a straight jacket and without a passport he cannot move a toe. In a free world, they violate the natural rights of every citizen. They have become the weapons of political despots and if you don't think as they think you're deprived of your passport." - Michael Chaplin as Rupert Macabee (A King in New York - 1957) "Imagine, if you will, a world filled only with criminals of whom there are two classes: those too honest to rationalize their crimes and the powerful who scapegoat them." - Rod Serling "Eye have no Moral Obligation to ask permission from the person to whom Eye Morally Object if Eye may exercise mEye Moral Objection." - Unknown {#%{]}%#]}%}]

Sorry this is so long, but I think many will find it interesting. They mention the year 1910 which was about the time the Marxists really started infiltrating our school systems and rewriting history. Today the history books do not resemble what happened. What you need to know is that history has been rewritten by Marxists who had the goal of getting us to fight. In 1956 Russia’s Communist leader Nikita Khrushchev said, “We will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the U.S. We will destroy you from within....” While the Transatlantic slave trade was under way, the Africans captured sold all of the slaves to the West, (No the Europeans did not capture them as you were told.) They were also actively capturing and selling European slaves mostly to the Ottoman slave trade. The point is they were the same slave merchants different destinations. The Slaves that went to the Ottoman Slave trade were treated with much more brutality, for one thing all the males were castrated and most died from it. In the 1800's we had a chain of events. The Haiti Uprising which caused Europeans to ban the importation of slaves in 1805. The discovery of Quinine , Europeans did not go to Africa because they were afraid of malaria, now could go to Africa. I guess one year the Barbary Pirates took 400 ships from Europe Robbed then made the crews all slaves. So this caused the Colonization of Africa, the Middle East and India. The "Colonization everyone is angry about today is what stopped the slave trade. If the slaves would have risen up and taken over in the US like they did in Haiti, the Marxist history writers would be saying the Blacks were the bad guys and the Whites were all saints. See they have a goal of taking over, so the people in charge have to be the bad guys in order to overthrow the government. Which is the goal. Rewriting history books is merely one of their tactics. They promote racism, crime, immorality, drug use, and try to destroy the economy among other things. Aiming reparations at the West is simply a Marxist / Leftist tactic to get us to hate each other so they can get us to destroy ourselves. That said, it should also be pointed out that the sister group to the Marxists is the Democratic Party. They were both sponsored by the Jacobin Party which were called the "Leftists" That is why the Democratic Party and the Marxists are both called "Leftists," still today. It should be noted that the Democratic Party started the KKK, gave us Jim Crow, the Negro Project, burned down Black Wall Street and all sorts of evils. Leftists, Socialists, Democrats, whatever they call themselves are historically the ones who are the racists, but they are fabulous liars and have people convinced of the opposite. As far as reparations due to slavery, there is a good case that Africans should pay Europeans reparations. The people who stopped slavery are the least responsible for it. The West was much kinder to the slaves than other slave markets. Much kinder. While I do not believe that reparations are due for slavery, I do believe they are due for the evil behavior of the Democratic Party. At least favoritism is due. I am open to rethinking this position, if you think I am mistaken please explain it to me.

It sounds to me that you are basing reparations on the flawed assertion that there are currently "systems in place" that allegedly prevent blacks from becoming full members of society. What are these systems? Affirmative action, racial quotas? It couldn't be that because that is part of the entitlement system in place that gives blacks an unfair advantage over everyone else. If you can actually specifically point out to us any of these "systems in place" that are unfairly targeting blacks to keep them from becoming full members (and, tellingly, I noticed you didn't say fully productive members) of society, then all we have to do is fix those systems that are inexplicably and unlawfully keeping blacks down. That way we wouldn't have to worry about the onerous burden of unconstitutionally giving large sums of money to some people based on their race at the expense of others, based on their race. After all, that's all you really wanted all along, isn't it? Certainly, I'm sure this just isn't about some people just wanting a huge handout for doing and suffering nothing.

how do you destroy a community? tell them all they will all get millions for nothing and watch them stop going to school or getting real jobs because they think they are going to win the lottery. reparations are brought to the black community by the same party that gave them the welfare state, segregation, Jim Crow laws and the kkk.

All the Black people who were slaves in America are long passed, and they were unbelievably fortunate to be released from an institution that goes back to the beginning of time by the moral and philosophical advancements by Western Civilization - whereas otherwise they would have lived out the rest of their lives in slavery just like every other slave no matter what they looked like or where they were from had done for thousands of years. My ancestors were enslaved, as were everyone's. Slavery is still being practiced all around the world today.

@@herohunterblackgarou7218 being incarcerated for committing crimes is not the same as being a slave. There are a lot less innocent people in jail under the US system then there were before the US was formed. I've been to jail, anybody who gets caught up in the system is subjected to the same thing, & most of the people in there no matter what their race or culture or whatever, earned their spot. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. In any case, there are no reparations forthcoming. If that was really how the world worked, I would want reparations from Africa for my Irish ancestors who were enslaved. Africans enslaved a lot more Europeans than Europeans & Americans did Africans. Enslaved a lot more fellow Africans to, and slavery continues in Africa today, as it does in many other parts of the world outside of Western Colonial areas.

Because the person harm is dead, that debt is still owe. Only one group was enslaved by American LAW. This has nothing to do with whats going on everywhere else in the world. THIS IS ABOUT AMERICA.

“Youth celebrate diversity” is virtue signaling central! You are clearly all brainwashed, & don’t understand actual, or real history, let alone slavery!!! Do you even understand where the word “Slave” came from?? To educate you, it came from the word Slav, as in “Slavic people” (aka white people)! You also clearly don’t understand that every single race/nation has enslaved its own people since the beginning of time!!! That is including AFRICA!!! There were also many black slave owners in America when slavery was at its inception here, & they were selling their own people! Based on actual history, there is no one on the planet that deserves reparations from anyone else! PERIOD!!!! I have Slavic DNA, am “white”, I have no family history of slave ownership, & in fact the opposite! So are you going to support me getting paid reparations for being the descendants of slaves???!!!!! Y’all are smoking somethin’ & are clearly from the camp of “don’t do your own research”, because you have been lied to, fooled, & are completely delusional about the truth!!!!! I can’t!!!!!!! What you also don’t understand, is “they”want you fighting with each other over race, and when I say “they”, I am talking about “the elites who own the world”, & have already enslaved all of humanity!!!! This world is about “the haves”, & “the have Nots”! All lives matter, & If you are not a billionaire, you’re screwed no matter what color you are! Wake the hell up!

It sounds like he does't want to hear how reparations doesn't make sense he just wants the money. Black people benefit from the efforts of white people as much as anyone else. California just did an extensive study at this issue. Why don't they use that study and save money. Why don't they start this effort in Virginiana where they actually had legal slavery. Once you grant reparations to one group of dead people many other groups of dead people will be coming forward demanding reparations. It would be an economic disaster for everyone. It will never stand up in court.

The term "People of color" is so troublesome. There were BLACK people on those plantations, not people of color. We have to stop including everyone in our claim. These outside groups have benefitted enough from our struggles. Secondly, HR 40 is just a study that needs many revisions, enough with the studying, we need action. There are grassroots movements such as ADOS and FBA, that people need to become more familiar with when it comes to using the proper talking points and understanding what the opposition is using to undermine the reparations movement. Lastly, we need to focus on black Americans needs, because when we involve others, we as black people are left out. Some of the talking points in this video are very disturbing and counterproductive to the reparations movement.

Race entitles you to nothing. Race convicts you of nothing. Sharing the race of a victim does not make you a victim. Sharing the race of a villian does not make you a villian. Being related to a victim does not make you a victim. The dead owe and are owed nothing. Forcing the innocent to pay nonvictims for something that happened to neither of them is not reparations. Reparations is actual proven victims being compensated by their actual violators. Nobody gets paid reparations for being a race.

My reading of ‘Cynical Theories’ by James Lindsay led me here. I can now see how the ideas presented here by Brown are integrated and inseparable from Critical Race Theory, Gender Studies, but especially Queer Theory. which themselves are products of a mix between postmodernism and neomarxism. Disability studies is part of a whole package of ideas that threatens the liberal principles upon which the civil rights movement stood. I urge viewers of this video to not tie its ideas at face value but to research their origin…please. Liberal democracy needs educated generations.
