I attended the Coushatta Pow Wow last year and this year. I really enjoyed it and looking forward to attending in 2025. I’ve looked up other Pow Wow’s but this one is always indoors inside of a very nice air conditioned arena. ✌🏽

Just an observation from a fellow bro, was noticing that with other non white cultures such as in places like Africa, when they have their tribal dance contest they always dance in unison each individual in rows of lines all doing the same dance moves usually with a dance leader leading the charge whereas that concept is total absent at powwows, everyone is doing their own thing and or something similar but not in unison. I guess its because of the respect for individuality and others individualism/humanity? It appears to me that that idea has been both a blessing and a curse to our peeps.
