My Health Journey: From High Blood Pressure to Wellness
Welcome to my channel, where I document my health journey. When I started this journey at 33 years old, 429 lbs, my blood pressure was 157 over 94. Now, I'm averaging 120 to 130, which is remarkable given that the normal blood pressure for someone my age is around 135. Fasting and working out have significantly improved my blood pressure.
I also have sleep apnea but do not have diabetes. While I had high blood pressure, I no longer struggled with it. Recently, I broke my fifth metatarsal on my right foot, but I’ve been committed to walking at least 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day, which has helped me maintain my progress.
