So if anyone needs more help from an actual Child sleep therapist, please look up Little Z's Sleep on youtube. She is great! And she answered this question a lot better, no offense. This was a little confusing. My girl is 16m and we started with the Phillips Avent milk bottles and then we got the Munchkin sippy cups to help her learn how to drink from a more "normal" drinking cup but that was a little much for her. So i got the Phillips Avent Grippy Spout sippy cups, the tops of the sippy cup fit the milk bottles too! which is so great, if you want to transition to a sippy cup. Im going to try cold turkey, no more bedtime bottle and serve it at dinner time.

This is my first time watching you but my heart breaks for you!! Women go through a lot and it seems like you were in such a scary place worrying about baby. This lady needs to be reported. I hope you get better nurses during your delivery! Happy to hear baby is okay ❤

Your story all most mirrors mine 100% when you started talking about the the sun going down and night time anxiety I started to cry. I just felt like the night was gonna swallow me up. I've been recently medicated thank God for fluexatine!! Your story gives me so much hope and comfort. I had all the emotions you had. Thank you for sharing.

@@LovebyLaur so what I've learned after the fact unfortunately. You can start anti anxiety meds in the 3rd trimester. I wish I would have know that because I definitely would have put myself on meds before having the baby. It can help head off postpartum depression before it sets in. Of course always consult with your OB. If I have another baby I will be doing this because the postpartum was so severe and it happened so quickly. You will be in my prayers congratulations BTW. Again thank you for your story I am stable now and can enjoy motherhood.
