They will not budge so i file a small claims case against the driver and the company. The company hired a lawyer .Im going in solo . Hope i can still win my case. I sold my jeep for 20,000 while it was worth 24,750 before the accident and after repaired got no offers even close. 20,000 was the most so that should prove I lost more than 1157.00 in value the insurance company claims I lost. you think? What if the company never made a quiet place available for the driver to do pretrip inspections, or never gave him wheel chaucks, or never had replacement fluids available where he started the truck, so he had to put the truck in service just to reach a place to add fluid levels?
