I'm an Expat from Limerick living in Chicago, what part of the pig does the "Eye bone" come from? it was one of my favorite things to eat growing up in Limerick City, any info would be appreciated, and I have a specialty butcher not far from where I live, and he doesn't what an eye bone is.

Волей случая побывал в этом музее. Поразительно: эпоха flying boats стала для меня открытием. Интереснейшее время, дерзкие технические решения, смелые и решительные люди. Было очень интересно. Вдобавок обнаружилась связь между Ирландией и США времён гражданской войны. История создания кофе по-ирландски была вишенкой на торте для моих впечатлений. Сам Фойнс - малюсенькое поселение - тоже приятен и интересен. Моряки, будете заходить в Фойнс - не поленитесь, зайдите в музей, погуляйте по городку. Вам понравится. Кстати, морякам в музее дают скидку на билет ;-)

All closed railway lines throughout Ireland should be reopened to trains, to end car accidents/road deaths, traffic jams and pollution of course.

I agree, the towns this trail passes are very large towns. We need to stop turning old railway lines into greenways.
