I bought the m9 plus on 10 Nov 2024. After 4 weeks of usage the second small screen stopped working. The problem is related to the secondary small screen on the device. The fact is that, after some time (since i bought it) I notinced that some of the figures are strarting to vanish/ The screen displays only a part of information. Like it did not work, Shanling says they want to repair it. Repair after 4 weeks since purchase ? Come on. They dont want to change a player to a new one / without defects.. The device was purchased from their official reseller Dont buy products from Shanling - They sell faulty players
