thanks for doing this. i replaced mine today after watching this. hardest part was squeezing the damn thing out. i removed the nut on the bottom and loosened the bolt on top holding the window frame which made it a little bit easier. going back in was easy but then i realized i had forgotten the cable. luckily, i was able to get it attached without taking the thing back out.
