Idk the paper towel method never works for me nor just putting it in a glass cup of water, but thanks so much for the information and the raw content nothing fake all real🫶🏾💯🥭

@SracoJackson thank you. The paper towel does have its drawbacks. If it's not ventilated, it'll get mouldy.

@Darklightflash-z8j Ohhh, you should definitely try it then. If you drink beer, there's even a sorrel flavoured beer made by Red Stripe. It's delicious.

Thanks for stopping by. Yes we all know planting it in the ground is a better option. This is just an experiment, trying different ways to do things. If someone doesn't have the space or time to "stick it in the ground" They can try this and see if it works for them. Plus it's fun to watch the roots grow until we need to stick them in the ground.... (I'm responding based on the google translation of your comment)

In Mexico we call them Guanábana, we eat it fresh, with Tajín, in icecream or ice pops ❤

@@freddydon6120 I was lucky, turns out they are self-pollinating so no male buds. All the female buds are growing into some nice cucumbers. Give it time. The male buds will come. Some balanced fertilizer may help.

You could use a brush too 😊 so the flower stays there, remember not only bees pollinate, flies, and butterflies do too.

how do get seeds from a carrot to grow on ?? surely fruit & veg that naturally has their own seeds you can grow on ??

If you leave the carrot in the ground to get old, it will eventually bolt and produce a flower with seeds inside. Once the flower dries you harvest the seeds.
