Thank you! There are many designs of the Batman face paint this one goes over the brow as a side design. You can check out one of my previous Batman tutorials where it is a mask with the head at the nose

You have to activate the paint with water we use a spray bottle and a bowl of water for brushes and then go back and forth over the paint with your brush to load up the brush
