Hey, it's a loaded question to disect however on average. 1 to 10 is a baseline for PPL. I have closed many 1st dial leads. I like Leadzolo for PPL

There are a lot of pre-foreclosures on propstream with the auction date set to a date that already passed so does that mean they already had the auction? Why would they still be pre-foreclosures? Wouldn't they be foreclosures? Does that mean it's too late to try to wholesale?

Prop Stream Data is not 100% up to date on every record. There is a possibility that the auction got extended or simply the property got sold and Prop stream has not recorded the data. When you look up a deal or set your filters. On the left side from the property drop down list there is an arrow click that arrow and look for the date. That shows you last time the record was updated.

Is this different from the houses that are foreclosed and being sell at the county auction?

Yes & no. We typically want to find those deals before they reach the county auction. However you can still postpone an auction if the deal is profitable enough and all the criteria are met.

@@nwafor404 that also depends on your investment strategy and if you're formulating that question as the owner or as the investor. You can do creative routes and invest much less than you would at the country steps (most times) And vise versa..
