I love seeing your monthly recap of craftiness! The monthly media calendar is such a great idea. I prefer to tuck things in behind the pockets now for the same reasons as you. You could add a mini paperclip to hold down the flip up. I've done that, or mini slim magnets.

I love your work Steph! I’ve been enjoying how you incorporate a story kit each month. It’s a good challenge to whittle down our collections.

Just this year I discovered little mini Velcro circles that I use to hold my flip ups down. They’re clear and tiny enough that they don’t interfere with design! On Amazon

I love having consistency throughout a project or album for the obvious reasons…I am a thematic/project specific scrapbooker but mainly just do things like what you did here. I do creative listing also in travelers notebooks and find it very comforting with one insert after another in a cover looks consistent too. I mainly use Simple Stories and Felicity Jane products with some printables from Cocoa Daisy and Traci Reed. A lot of the products these companies make seem to play well with each other and keep the consistency going. I love the results when I limit myself to these. Love what you did with everything and especially all the larger photos! Well done!

Wow - you used so much of those kits and everything looks great! I noticed that both January kits coordinated nicely color-wise. (I’m not sure if that’s always been the case and I just now caught on 😂) I really like your idea of using the monthly calendar as a media record. I am so glad you posted your album. It is amazing and such fun. I just moved from Chattanooga to the DC area and am bummed there were December Daily ladies in Chatt. that I didn’t know about. Each prep day, I have longed for a prep buddy but my scrappy friends haven’t gotten on the Daily train yet. Looks like you had a blast making shakers pages and learning to sew circles. LOL
