High elven druids built on older lore where they were explicitly stated to exist, and constructed the elven runestones Gul'dan used to make more ogre magi, they might also be getting removed. Naga not being hunters, fair, but them being alliance is explained well in their starting zone. And the Alteraci are literally just citizens from the now ruined Kingdom of Alterac.

@ Ive never heard of High Elven druids and I know the lore well. Nagas are servants of the old gods so no reason for them to join the alliance and if Alterac humans are just normal humans then why doesnt he say that? Also I am pretty sure most of them are either dead or imprisoned since they allied with the Horde.

@@Sodys_eyy it's Warcraft 2, 3 and kind of Classic era lore that got retconned come TBC. Not all nagas serve the Old Gods as we see with the Illidari aligned naga; again, their starting zone explains it. It's a small group of nagas, not the entire naga race. And he pretty obviously misspoke? I mean, he's saying the Alteraci hail from the Alteraci Tribe, a mighty and powerful tribe that ruled the Alteraci Empire that existed before Warcraft's timeline. That, and you can read part of the race's description and it plainly says they are from the fallen Kingdom of Alterac, most of whom were not killed or imprisoned for allying with the Horde. Just treated with contempt in Classic lore, whereas in the modern lore Alterac's people rose up against their king after he made an alliance with the Horde and arrested him alongside Stromgarde's forces.

races became a cosmetic option because those same racials pigeonholed people into being required to play certain races even if they didnt want to. the racials were often terrible to balance and forced people to choose the "right faction" in order to perform well. this is why is was changed and why these kinds of videos trying to justify it are stupid.

Still not sure why they dont use the retail worgens models and goblin models. Also use the zadalar trolls model for one of teh troll races i hate the hunch back trolls. use the modern models and animation its so easy to do. Side note these look just like anarchy wows races.

Hope, not so long. All these leeches using the IP illegally. But they dosnt send CaD to irrelevant servers tbh. This one looks bad and will die in a few months.

When I played the beta I made a human mage, used the boost npc to boost to 60 and found I had teleport shattrath. Being the curious sort I am, I used it and ran around there for awhile. After probably less than 10 minutes, I got stunned permanently with no duration, which I thought was a bug with the elevators since I was running up to the blood elf shattrath faction elevator, so I logged off to try and clear it. Logged back on and it was still there and after about 10 seconds, I got kicked off the server, received a 24 hour ban and it said "banned for suspected exploiting". I decided to give up for the day and came back a few days later, only to find my account was gone. This was a bit troubling to experience and I don't know if I am now banned from the server forever? Maybe I can make an account again, but I'm certain the beta is over so I haven't tried. Any idea what's up with this?

Cool concepts but nagas are way too strong, i mean spell haste, agi, strength and more, and alliance is stronger all over, if u balance a little it can be very good!

I played the beta , it's actually was good , only negative would be phasing instant while world questing, yeah , I noticed it's Horde centric server, but that's alright, I'll rock Alliance at launch , I don't mind being on the underdog group

Redridge killed me a few times recently when I started playing again. IDK if they are still doing HC killing exploits, but I have war mode on for XP and later game fun.

Its silly to me that High Elfs cant be Warlocks or Necromancers. They are the most magically inclined race, and should be able to play as them. Warlocks and Necromancers as Orcs are outcasts but are still part of the horde. The same would be true for Helfs. Just because you are a drug dealer, does not mean you do drugs.

@@IVPixel the vast majority of those retcons were made long after the blood elves joined the Horde, them being part of it makes sense. Same with worgen on retail. These naga are seeking redemption and have Elune's blessing.

Orcs are all green from the fel magic practised by warlocks, they turn red if they drink Mannoroth's blood twice or drink massive amounts of it.

the whole troll situation desparately needs a rethink, you have a troll varent labeled "vrykul" which are not related to trolls in anyway at all, and then forest trolls are a separate race? why? shouldnt all 3 be under trolls if anything? i would have a serious sit down and rebuild the troll situation from the bottom up...

tons of servers over the years have had these races but almost none of them created custom starting zones, created custom racials, and i have never seen gear slot rigging done that well, usually armor just looks glued to the model and on naga models the pants/robes cut off awkwardly but they actually tapered armor off in very natural places for all these models, well done!
