Due to the tuning, it is easier to tune one than two bass drums, he already said that himself. and also to give more volume to the kit.

having a double pedal on one kick is a drasticly different feeling, most guys prefer to having 2 seperate pedals. also it's for the looks and you can quickly swap the kicks if your main bassdrum head breaks.

For backing vocals what I do is record multiple tracks of the same singer and then convert each one of them to a different Voice Studio singer track. It thickers the sound and it does not sound like a chorus effect.

He's not hitting very hard. Not for him, anyway. There's this one video of him playing alone to a Slipknot song. I thought for sure he was going to break his snare.

Hello! I'm using a translator. I wanted to thank you for your amazing app and I have a suggestion for future updates. It would be great if you could add the option to include the original track and the instrumental track separately for a more professional audio separation 🎶🎧. This would be really helpful because some songs keep the backing vocals in the instrumental track, and by separating the original vocals, you could get a much cleaner and more precise version of the singer's voice 🎤✨. Thanks again! Congratulations on your incredible work from Colombia 🇨🇴. Greetings and keep it up! 🙌🎉

Eloy never used two bass drums, Andre Matos, Gloria, Sepultura and now Slipknot, always having a second bass drum (third and fourth in case of Knot) for visuals. He said he prefers to use double pedal

@@benramin7797 it’s preference, I also personally think two bass drums are more difficult to manage, tuning, equalizing and etc. Nothing lame about it IMO

@benramin7797 19 күн бұрын
@@eloymiranda6017 Oh you misunderstand. I prefer One BD for the same reasons you listed. It’s way more efficient/practical/cost effective. I don’t set up two BDs when I’m only going to use one just to “look cool”. That’s the lame part.

He was already considered one of the greatest living drummers before Slipknot. In 2005 he performed at the Modern Drummer Festival. He was a special guest and was 14. He was considered a Master at 14. He is amazing.

Holy crap that's awesome. I'm not a drummer, but seems very very clever: how his brain can introduce all those complex variations and still keep the overall rhythm and make everything feel like it's a statement rather than just being fancy for the sake of it kinda thing... Didn't feel clinical or calculated just soulful and expressive
