Hi Ms. Val! You’re preparing the dish almost exactly how my mother did it back in the day. However, she didn’t use a pressure cooker, so you know it took a longer time. I loved it then, but I have not had it in years. Now, you’ve given me the urge to prepare it. Much love!

The sorrel looks delicious, however Ms Val I would not pour hot liquid in a plastic container. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
@Sassy29352 күн бұрын
That's correct my friend. No hot liquid in plastic container. Chemical from plastic will seep into the sorrel or other liquids. This can cause Cancer

Hi Val, I bought some June Plums, but realized I didn't have Cheese Cloth. So I ordered Cheese Cloth, which took over 1 week. During that time, the Plums started to ripen (of course), so I put them in the Freezer. Am I out of luck, can you use June Plums that were once frozen? Thank you for your videos...
@valskitchenjamaicanstyle97311 күн бұрын
You can still use them.. it's going to be so nice 🤤
