@@TheLongQuiet10 Thank you! Yeah, the Irithyll Straight Sword is underrated. So is Frost in general. I wonder if a Vordt Great Hammer run would be worthwhile.

DS2 is my least favorite, personally -- but I agree. Weapon-tracking should be optional. And even when it's on, the tracking should ensure that the player attacks in the direction of the target, not the direction he/she just rolled. It makes many vertical attacks useless half the time.

That just means the game is in Hardcore mode. Skill checks are harder, but you also get more XP for finishing tasks.

This is funny. And ER generally has 100% tracking to the point of being absurd. Fromsoft really has to learn somewhere in the middle between these two extremes in their gameplay. And maybe throw in accurate hitboxes while they're at it. Every game has that problem.

@@AppleOfThineEye did you see some of the visualization videos out there? Apparently they just make most things fairly big cylinders. So a thin sword is the same as a club. Lazy. It's not even hard, just rig the collision mesh to the wireframe of the object. Boom, done. Sure it's quick and dirty but instantly more accurate.

@@normalguycap I think I've seen a handful of Bloodborne hitboxes that are, to say the least, brow-quirking. Like the Bloodletting Beast. Insane. I too would like them to tie the hitbox to the weapon's frame. I think Dark Souls 3 did a pretty good job. There's a video or two on my channel of the smooth hitboxes. At least it's better than DS2 lol

Second, I believe I picked the Thinker class on my first playthrough, but it might also be a good idea your first playthrough to customize a character and go with 4 INT, 4 PSY, 2 FIS, and 2 MTR. Let me know if you want anymore tips!

Here is a copy-pasted comment from elsewhere in the comment section: "xbzefy98 is the glyph I used to farm the radial. The triangle is from the Research Hall after changing the layout. (It appears in the poison pool at the bottom of the clocktower.) pw8ykpcr is the glyph I used to farm the waning." I hope that helps!

Meh, fair enough. I think the hitbox for the aftershock is way too big, but other than that I'm not sure I've taken issue with the hitboxes. Then again, if I am playing through the DLC (which I generally don't when I'm playing DS1 tbh), I tend to just run past these guys anyway. Not really worth dealing with IMO

Yeah. Sometimes when I play I just let Harry be ignorant of his appearance. I like the element of jamais vu it adds to the experience. Probably better to be ugly and not know it than to know but not be able to do anything about it. Plus the abstract art of the avatar is pretty cool.

IIRC Volition comments on the absence of others missing too. When I got this check, I had 1's and 0's on every single INT category, so the only ones that could speak were Suggestion and Electrochemistry. Absolutely hilarious.

Yeah, lol I think this was from a playthrough where I got my Psyche up to 9 by getting Harry to stop drinking and start taking psychedelics haha

@@AppleOfThineEye yep, if you stop drinking and take the no alcohol thought your psyche goes up by 1. And cop of the apocalypse makes phyrolidon give you an increase of 2 in Psyche if I correctly remember.
