since i got back from my trip i have had my left knee operation (scrapping all the atheists and bone spurs out, 8 day later ambulance ride to hospital i had 4 x 8-inch-long blood clots in the 4 main veins in my left calf not fun, 5 days ago Cortisone shots and nerve blockers in my lower lumber. i have finally hit the wall time to get new knees

i think we got down to 15 mts, im heading back there on friday 20 12 24 to give it another shot at finding the shark cave

yer never thought i would enjoy it as much as i did

im collecting sea grass seeds Saturday (boat dive) and Sunday Woodmans point if you have time come out to Woodmans point

Great to hear your operation went well. You are so great ful because some people I know had operations and are never allowed to surf again. Also I have always wanted too Surf the left thier @ Rottnest 5ft cranking lefts I heard get up straight under the lip get barrelled of ya nut rinse and repeat. Pretty much!!

i dont surf, with my legs and back im lucky to stand up on flat land

it was ok pretty pissed you get on a boat go out to the island then hop on another boat go to the other side of the island pretty much on to a beach and jump in the water. i was expecting to get out on to the outer reef they charge like thats where they are going to take you

I did not get there but heard the outside is where you want to be for day dives, the lady Musgrove island experience is really set up for tourist to have a intro to diving, but as a long time diver with a few dives under my belt I was pretty pissed off they were try to cut the dive short cause they had some Asian tourist to do a intro diving coming out, and the tour guilds had no idea at all they were swimming over stuff they should have been pointing out, I won’t be doing it again. Met some locals from that area on the HMAS Brisbane dive offer to take me out of I get back that way they explained a complete different dive

well not being a Marine Biologists im pretty much limited to going its not massive grey and has lots of teeth so its not a shark

my torch goes white flood for video plus red, blue and ultraviolet, so every so often i try the different colors to see how thing look

yer they were Australian sea lions, there was a small group of NZ ones a bit further area they were wooly hahahaha

Well it’s now Easter and I’m near the bottom of the Great Barrier Reef so diving in 2 days, should have some great footage from here plus I have booked in a week in both Vanuatu and Fiji
