That would be the dream but unfortunately I don't have the time 😞 the ait soft guns is pretty expensive to begin with too so don't think it's that much to gain, but I would endor anyone to try build one. It's pure awesomeness ❤️

I bought it used on ebay. It's an airsoft gun named CYBER GUN mini UZI (but it also had other companies selling it like SWISS ARMS and UMAREX). The conversion was kinda tuff on this as it's mostly metal, also not electric driven airsoft so no switches and wiring what so ever. It's also heavy as hell being metal weighing in around the same as two of my HOTD4 UZI guns. 😊 But the end result is amazing and I love it. The metal sound when firing is awesome

Yeah, it's amazing. The middle hit targets even has worn on them and you can set how dirty the flash should be when playing in VR. They really went all out on this one

@@msg1940 hey MN, nothing beats the versatile original Time Crisis gun with the top slider. But as a gun to play rifle based full auto games, like th Ghost Squad. Operation G.H.O.S.T, Rambo, Alien, Jurassic Park, Terminator, Transformers these are excellent. With the extra button + fire selector your good on any game and the shoulder recoil is terrific ❤️ it's a bit high pitched without the player pressing to it but when you do the thumping sound and the feel is great. The guns aren't that lengthy either as you preferably want the camera as far away from the screen as possible, so you can play pretty close to the screen to. (i use 198° lenses which needs some light sanding to the front opening a.aliexpress.com/_ExUkOjr )just make shure you buy the shoulder recoil type and you will be good. I skipped the scope and got the iron sight model (Type-C from this seller a.aliexpress.com/_EuON0ez )

Yeah! I think you can! Pre-soldered would always be harder as a hand gun is smaller than a rifle and the wires would be wrong length, but he have done this very gun many times. I suggest you either buy it from aliexpress as a kit and send it directly to him and let him mod it or talk to him about a pre-made kit. He is a great and super friendly guy 🫡❤️

Yeah, it wasn't easy this time either 🤭 but changed out the glitchy push button SMD mivroswich to a time Crisis standard (Omron SS-01GL2T) after I found a better way of mounting the swich. The gun isn't that big and pretty slim too so it's actually kinda hard setting stuff. Managed to fit a rumble motor in the mag clip too so more than happy 🫡

Yeah, I know. That would be our next trip. The flight wasn't that good schedule wise this time a year for us not living that close to the airport 😥

@@lccraw0629 i have it set to a moderate speed of like 35ms On 65 Off in the GUN4IR GUI but as Operation WOLF works with real outputs using MAMEHooker it's controlled by the game and also you see it speed up taking the full auto gun power-up in the very beginning

@@kistuu._4252 shure, guess if you really wanted to make something from scratch but I'm no way that good behind this but this is just the Aimtrak module kit that you could buy from Ultimarc.com at the time, but beeing around 10 years since this vide I recently actually updated this very gun to GUN4IR and that system, which is also a do it yourself prject is soo go. Also the system allow to read outputs from the game giving you real solenoid action as long as you have ammo or vibratino when damage for example. i suggest you check the system up here boss forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=161189.0

The top on the screen was the actual IR LEDs you got from a board on the ULTIMARC shop. Pretty much the same as a Wii LED Bar 🤓

Short answer is yes, you need the paid version of TP. You can start the game though, with the old elfloader2 version in the game list, but you can't play the game this way. In order to have full play ability you need to have it set up via elfloader2, and that's still behind the pay wall

@retrobombstudios1258 almost all from Aliexpress 2X D4184 (solenoid and rumble) 1x SEN0158 ir cam 1x Pro Micro ardunio clone 1x male GX16-6pin 1x rumble ps4 big motor (clone) 1x 198 Fish-eye mobile lens (apexel) The the gun with solenoid (original or named clone) Lf course you can do a MOSFET setup for the solenoid and a transistor for the motor if you want to build for your self but the D4184 is so easy to use and cheap too. Chevk the GUN4IR PDF, there's a great how to. The discord is super helpful too. Me and others are all for helping out 🙏

If ypu have your guns set as COM1 and COM2 my setup should work. Save files to start from game title screen and cheats unlocking levels and extra too. Thbaks man. Yeah, I think it kind enhances the gameplay in a way using the digitized sprites. Fun mini games hidden inside and nice weapons,also the justice mode with dual guns on 1 player run is fresh

@@Gian_Luca_90 you can either buy them new from Namco directly (or the clone NAMED which is pretty much the same quality but cheaper or buy them used on for example eBay, the guns must then be converted to the gun4ir system to work, either you can do it yourself or you can send them to [email protected] which is the official GUN4IR modding site and he set your arcade guns up ❤️🤗

@mancavearcade8 cool! I came from a fullHD @ 60hz and must say the frame rate was the biggest game changer but the clarity of the 4K is mind blowing with the perfect blackness of the OLED. Love my machine. Just thinking of letting my PIN2DMD go for a screen. Quite limited for the colored roms and originals
